Rebecca Baber was a teacher in Hexen Bridge. She slept with Matthew Hatch to gain information about Proteus Research. She then bombed the building to cause an investigation that would reveal Hatch's involvement. Hatch had her kidnapped to use in Dr Nicholas Bevan's sterility experiments. (PROSE: The Hollow Men)
