Jarad was a coordinator of the Celestial Intervention Agency during the Last Great Time War. He was concerned about the methods the Technomancers used to resurrect their people, he also didn't like their technology. He was out of sync with the war. He told the War Doctor about their plans. (AUDIO: Legion of the Lost) He wanted to go back to Gallifrey rather than go on a mission. He didn't like field missions and was attacked by a space worm. He was then killed. (AUDIO: A Thing of Guile)
