Maxine Carter

Maxine Carter was a scientist on Agora. She was part of the underground rebel movement against the Cybermen. Carter was in large part responsible for the creation of the Bronze Knights. She was concerned that they could be as bad as the enemy they were made to combat. Though suffering heavy casualties, the Knights defeated the Cybermen on Agora. They departed in search of other Cybermen to destroy. Carter accompanied them and acted as their engineer and to prevent them from becoming too similar to the Cybermen. (PROSE: Killing Ground)
