Ivy Lee

The Ivy Lee was a Turret Class locomotive in service during the 1950s. It was visited by the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn Smythe through a door that led them to 1952 during one of its excursions, when only two passengers were on board carrying documents from the War Office. The Doctor posed as a guard and reacted positively to being on the train, as it let him exercise his seldom used hobby of trainspotting. (AUDIO: The Nowhere Place)
