Cheetah Planet
The Cheetah World' is an untamed, sentient planet and home to the Cheetah People and Kitlings.
Life forms and geographic features
The Cheeath World is an ancient barren planet of rocky deserts and dry forest. It once had inhabitants, who have now died. It orbits a red sun, which gives the planet a red tint. It is also the home-world of the Cheetah People. and Kitlings.
- The Doctor implies that the planet is far from Earth, with many inhabitable worlds in between. We do not know if horses evolved there or if the Cheetah People imported them there.
History
At some point before the 20th century, an unknown civilization tried to conquer the planet. They bred the Kitlings to be their eyes and thought they could control the planet, but they were wrong. They too were turned into Cheetah People, leaving only the ruins scattered around the landscape.
Setience
The Planet was in some sense, sentient and empathic and is connected to the Cheetah People. When the Cheetah People fight, the planet becomes unstable and starts to destroy itself and the water on the planet has healing properties to the Cheetah People. The Planet allowed the Cheetah People to teleport to other planets to bring back prey. Near-humans such as Humans and Gallifreyans slowly begin to metamorphosize there and are converted by the planet into more Cheetah People. (DW: Survival)
