The Riis-utt-Ssethiss, which translated from Martian to mean Bloodswords of Ssethiss, were a group within the Ice Warriors' civilisation.

They were an elite Martian assassination sect who were legendary among their people until their order was wiped out during the Martian Primal Wars. (PROSE: GodEngine)
