A cabbie helped Melanie Bush to investigate the house that Klyst, Louis and Rigan were using to experiment on people including the Seventh Doctor in 2007. He didn't believe that they were in space. He later stayed on at the science institute as a handy man. (AUDIO: Unregenerate!)
