Greta was a nurse from the lunar base Giant Leap Base. She took care of the First Doctor and Susan while they recovered on board the lunar rover when they were freed from the stasis field they were trapped in for about 450 million years. She was killed by nematodes which were part of a targeted attack on the humans from the Archaeons. (AUDIO: The Beginning)
