Onegin was a soldier serving on the submarine, the Firebird, in 1983. When the Ice Warrior Skaldak was imprisoned, he confirmed to Skaldak he had slept for 5000 years. While searching for the escaped Skaldak, he was killed by Skaldak. (TV: Cold War)
