Every year on 20 June, Tommy Brockless was brought out of stasis at Torchwood Three to be tested, and spent the day in Cardiff. In 2008, 90 years after being cryogenically frozen, time shifts finally began to return to St Teilo's Hospital. After sharing kisses, Tommy and Toshiko Sato spent the night at her place. They had sex, on his final night before he had to go back. (TV: To the Last Man)
