Edward Drakefell

Professor Edward Drakefell was the head of the British Rocket Group in 1959.
During World War II he was captured by the Cybermen. He escaped but the experience traumatised him. He spent the ensuing years trying to destroy any remnants of Cyber-Technology. When he found the lode-circuit for the time machine the Cybermen had used to travel to the 1940s, the Vasser Dust coating it gave him a glimpse beyond normal space/time, aggravating his trauma. He tried to destroy the lode-circuit but failed.
When a Cyber invasion from an alternate timeline was defeated, he fired nuclear missiles through the rift as the forces retreated. General Crawhammer shot him to stop the launch, but the missiles fired as Drakefell died. (PROSE: Loving the Alien)
