Businessman (Gridlock)

This dapper 'Businessman' was on the New New York motorway when the Doctor fell onto his vehicle, he offered the Doctor a drink when he was choking because of the fumes on the motorway. When the Doctor opened the air vents he opened the lower escape hatch on his car, they looked apon the fast lane, but instead of seeing a empty lane they saw hordes of Macra ready to snap at the annoying car above them. Then the above escape hatch opened and there, the Doctor was reunited with Novice Hame, but before she could explain herself she teleported herself and the Doctor. He later got out off the gridlock through the roof of the motorway.
