Are the ones changing the timeline really the Daleks? It's never confirmed that it is the Last Great Time War, only "the war", nor are the enemy identified as the Daleks - just "the enemy". They're willing/able to change the timeline and are said to have a stake in Earth's history - sounds more like The Enemy from Faction Paradox to me. The-Macra ☎ 04:03, June 23, 2017 (UTC)
