I would like to nail down the New British Empire as having a canon mention before we make an entry on it. (not that anybody has, at least, made such an entry.) in the story itself I feel pretty certain they don't mention it and a Google didn't turn up anything Who-related. if a novel refered back to the events of the relevant story and mentioned the NBE I would accept that as definitive. or even just RTD as I believe he has ultimate creative control of the series at the moment. I know he puts out background information in the Monsters books... still, at the moment this seems like fanon. despite the "I represent the Torchwood Arvhives" bit. a lot can happen in two thousands years, like Torchwood going international.--***Stardizzy*** 19:43, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
