The Fifth Axis was a megalomaniacal neo-conservative superpower that in the early 2600s was taking over planets and space near the Braxiatel Collection. It was ruled by Imperator Volf Gator. (PROSE: The Doomsday Manuscript) The Earthlink Federation tolerated the existence of the Axis as long as they kept their warlike activity confined to the frontier worlds. In 2600 they attempted and failed to invade Kasagrad. (PROSE: The Doomsday Manuscript) Viveka was a planet conquered by them. They were forced off the planet when the Erinanceans and the humans on the planet joined forces to overthrow them. (PROSE: Reparation)
In 2602, the Axis sent hundreds of warships to KS-159 and took the Braxiatel Collection by force. (PROSE: The Fall) Their occupation ended when it was discovered that their organisation was used as a cover by the Daleks. (AUDIO: Death and the Daleks)
