Gastronaut

Gastronauts were a race of beings that lived to eat. They existed only to feed the next version of themselves that grew inside. Once fully gorged they burst their skins and a new one emerged. They sought out new delicacies wherever they could find them and subsequently arrived in numbers and have been known to strip planets. They arrived at Terry's Cafe before leaving to follow up a lead from the Doctor.
