Jason Harris lived in a flat above Jackie Tyler on the Powell Estate, London. When the Doctor and Rose Tyler returned to visit Jackie, they found Jason hiding in the flat from the ice-monster that was holding the residents trapped in ice. He was himself caught and turned to ice when trying to run from Rose, but like all the residents were returned to their former state if a little bit wet, when the creature was defeated.
