Rafael David de Keyser (born August 22, 1927) voiced the Atraxi in the Doctor Who story The Eleventh Hour and voiced the Cybermen in the video game The Eternity Clock, replacing Nicholas Briggs.

Keyser was born in London. He is an actor and voice actor who has worked on over ninety television shows.
