Tony Lambden (10 December 1933-21 September 2006) played the court messenger in the Doctor Who story The Romans. He had earlier played an uncredited rebel in The Dalek Invasion of Earth. (DWM 280)
His few other acting credits included roles on The Avengers and Steptoe and Son.
