Adjudicator Secular Brandauer was an Adjudicator in the Darkheart colony. He had not aged in three hundred years due to the effects of the Darkheart.

He greeted the Second Doctor, Jamie McCrimmon and Victoria Waterfield when they arrived at the Adjudication Lodge. (PROSE: The Dark Path)
