What's this article meant to include?

This article seems a bit of a dog's breakfast. "Mind control" redirects here, but it certainly doesn't cover everything that could be described as "mind control"(the Cybermen being the glaring example), but includes a lot of things most people wouldn't call "hypnosis" - for instance, the poisonous bite of Alzarian spiders, Robomen (but apparently not Cybermen) and the Shadow's neck implants. Also a few things that don't really fit the name "mind control" The article treats them as synonymous but obvoiusly they just aren't, not in the real world anyway and I can't see why the words should be defined differently for Doctor Who. Possible to do any better than this, maybe split the article? Thoughts? Wizardblizzard1 ☎ 15:41, September 28, 2017 (UTC)

The Master's hit rate

This bit, "[The Master's] success rate at hypnosis was poor, owing to his potential victims' stronger wills", is understandably marked "disputed". The impression I had was that the Master was supposed to be quite good, and was unlucky on screen just for the same reason all Doctor Who villains are: plot. Was thinking of changing it to just "often failed if...", but I haven't actually seen any of the episodes where the Master tries to hypnotiise anyone (unless you count "World Enough and Time"); what do those of you who have think?
