Cryos Four was an ice planet in a remote corner of Mutter's Spiral. It was home to a boarding school run by an order of Lukronian Vorks who were very strict on discipline. The Fourth Doctor recommended to Vesuvius that the spoiled Adolphus Caesar be sent there. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
