Mitchell was the deputy to Bailey who lived on Puxatornee in 3090. In one timeline, he betrayed her and killed her and then was killed by the Slithergee. In another timeline in which Bailey was assassinated and a war started with the Slithergee, he went back in time to stop her assassination. (AUDIO: Flip-Flop)
