Mitchell was the deputy to President Bailey on Puxatornee in 3060. In one timeline, he betrayed her and killed her and then was killed by the Slithergee. In another timeline in which Bailey was assassinated and a war started with the Slithergee, he went back in time to stop her assassination. (AUDIO: Flip-Flop)
