Servuses were artificial beings constructed by the Lunaries to perform menial tasks, such as setting and clearing tables or moving heavy objects. They were shaped from MoonHail and water, baked in furnaces, then animated by "aery spirits". In 1590, the English delegation sent to the Moon to open diplomatic relations with the Lunaries encountered several servuses. (PROSE: Minions of the Moon)
