So is this Colonel Mace's replacement? if so, should it be mentioned?

Reason 1: Colonel Oduya is the one in contact with the Government and is always present during the most important events. Reason 2: He holds a rank far too high to be a regular UNIT subordinate. This should be mentioned as a possibility at least. SawyerDN
