Not very technical

I was hoping to read something more technical about the NTSC format, perhaps in relation to the state of the Doctor Who archive holdings.

Sadly, even the miniscule amount here is wrong.

"NTSC was a format for recording video". It was possible to have a live broadcast in NTSC, straight to consumers' television sets, without any recording taking place.165.225.76.70talk to me 15:38, November 23, 2017 (UTC)
