Gelth ambassador

The Gelth Ambassador was the leader of the Gelth, who represented them to The Doctor, Rose Tyler, Charles Daniels, Gwyneth and Gabriel Sneed. Covincing them that the Gelth were dying they helped them through, then revealing they planned to destroy the Earth. The Ambassador was later killed when Gwyneth blew the building up.
