This Servant brought over a dish of water to Donna Noble when she was sort of day-dreaming. She said to Donna that she had something on her back and Donna got suspicious when she said the worse has got to come. This woman worked in the Shadow Proclamation. Her species seems to have psychic powers of a sort, as she was able to see the beetle on Donna's back, and could see partially into the future. (DW: The Stolen Earth)
