Talor was a technician for the High Council of the Time Lords who worked in their records section.
Biography
Like all Time Lords, Talor was taken from his family at the age of eight for the selection process in the Drylands. Staring into the Untempered Schism as part of a Time Lord initiation rite, Talor was inspired by what he saw in the Schism. (PROSE: A Brief History of Time Lords)
Talor and Damon discovered the theft of the Fifth Doctor's biodata extract. He tried to report it to the Castellan, but was unable to reach him. After Damon left, Councillor Hedin entered and fatally shot Talor with an impulse laser. (TV: Arc of Infinity) Template:Time Lords
