Torchwood Los Angeles was the base of operations of the Torchwood Institute in Los Angeles.
This branch of Torchwood was based in an old mansion in the hills outside Los Angeles.
During the 1970s, Marlow Sweet, Charlotte Du Bujeau and Gabriella Martinez were members of Torchwood Los Angeles. Before investigating the disappearance of Valerie Fox and others, the trio had several cases and alien contact with Terileptils among others. After Charley's death, Valerie Fox joined the team.
