Tybo
Tybo was a Judoon Captain who piloted the Judoon Life Carrier carrying Androvax when it crashlanded on Earth. Tybo went after Androvax, who escaped. Sarah Jane Smith found out about this and she and her team later searched for them, they then found Tybo attacking Androvax with his blaster.
When searching for him Androvax sneaked up on Tybo and knocked him unconscious he was later found by Sarah Jane and he assimilated her language and catalouged her as Human. When Sarah Jane was later possessed by Androvax, Tybo help Clyde,Rani and Luke find her.
Since Humans were considered an unimportant primitive species by the Shadow Proclamation, Tybo regarded them as irrelevant. He also didn't care about revealing himself to them such as when he stole a police car and threatened a driver to turn his music down.
