Witch
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
A Witch was a (usually female) practioner of magical arts, though not all magicians, for example Lady Peinforte, would consider themselves witches.
Less advanced cultures had a certain fear of paranoia and would sometimes mistake psychic powers or advanced technology as witchcraft.
