Calib was a Sevateem who opposed Neeva's hold over the tribe and planned to expose him as a fraud. He became leader of his tribe after Andor's death, and led an attack on the Tesh. After the two tribes were reunited, he argued with Jabel over who would lead them. (DW: The Face of Evil)
