A Cyber-Lieutenant was the second in command of a Cyberman group that came up from Floor 1056 to Floor 508 after discovering life signs originating from there, which turned out to be Missy, the Saxon Master and Alit. It, alongside its Cyber-Leader, attempted to take the Master back down to Floor 1056 for Cyber-Conversion, but it and its group of Cybermen were destroyed by Missy. (PROSE: Alit in Underland)
