Clemence (Mind of Stone)

Clemence was the governor of Wormwood Scrubs Prison. He welcomed Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart into the prison, unaware of the true reasons for him being there. He was aware that Fulton was taking bribes from the inmates but turned a blind eye to it.
After Lethbridge-Stewart had left the prison resumed his duties, he advised the governor to resign, saying that it might get him a better deal. Clemence agreed. (PROSE: Mind of Stone)
