Rakis was the identity of the entity that occupied an alien stone. He possessed Hugh Godfrey, wanting to return to his home planet of Glastra. Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart managed to get Rakis to drop the stone, which rendered him inert. After an ensuing struggle between Lethbridge-Stewart and Leslie Johnston over who should keep the artefact, Lethrbridge-Stewart crushed the stone so that no one could have it. (PROSE: Mind of Stone)
