The Arkonides were a advanced species that inhabited the planet Arkon. The planet was ruled by the Robot Regent, whose palace was near the Tiffany's on this planet that the Doctor wanted to take Martha Jones to. The colour of nobility was yellow. (NSA: Wetworld).
