A time hopper was a device created by Jenny. She created the device "from instinct". Garundel described the device as a DIY vortex manipulator. It burned out after its first use. (AUDIO: Stolen Goods)
It later functioned to transport Jenny away from Valderon's prison. Like other vortex manipulator's, it looked like a large watch with a leather strap. (AUDIO: Prisoner of the Ood)
