Mark Brisco was the husband of Sarah Brisco and a member of her religious support group, Pilgrim. He and Sarah were murdered by Max Tresilian. He was then resurrected by Gwen Cooper, using the resurrection gauntlet. He told Torchwood Three that Max murdered him, but couldn't supply a surname. He said that Max kept himself to another Pilgrim member, Suzie Costello. Mark died again. (TV: They Keep Killing Suzie)
