The Chamber of Residents was the ruling group of the City of the Saved.
Each District chose one of its inhabitants to represent it in the Chamber. From them, one thousand Residents made up the City Council, and every decade they chose one of their number as Lady or Lord Mayor. (PROSE: Of the City of the Saved...)
