Jimmy Mitchell
PC Jimmy "Mitch" Mitchell was a Cardiff police officer and a colleague of Gwen Cooper prior to her joining Torchwood Three. He was jealous and distrustful of Torchwood.
When Gwen was in the police, she and Mitch would often share chips at three in the morning; that was back when he had a bushy moustache.
When Gwen returned to the police station, Mitch was first to spot her. He was working on the Craig Sutherland case. Gwen agreed to show him the evidence that Torchwood removed from the crime scene off St Mary Street. They met up at a café, where she showed him the emotional amplifier. Gwen lied to him that it was some kind of games platform.
Jimmy was older and had more police experience than Gwen. He often found it difficult to keep up with an ever-changing world. He had heavy eyebrows. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
