Space-Time Manipulator

A Space-Time Manipulator is a machine that can drag in objects from other time periods from a series of chemical balances in tubes and so on. A spacecraft carrying a Manipulator crashes on Earth and by 2050 was captured by The Department and installed into Alistair Gryffen's house. Gryffen intended to use it to bring back his lost family, but Starkey breaks it, bringing in four Jixen and K-9. (K9TV: Regeneration)
