Mrs Garrett was a councillor at the Coal Hill Academy in 2016.
She was divorced and had to care after her sick daughter.
Once she was consulting Reagan Harper who tried to use her ability to remove people worries on Mrs Garrett. Like April MacLean, Mrs Garrett's reaction was to fall in an almost cataleptic sleep.
