Dean was killed by Tzim-Sha.
On the day he died, Dean tossed parts of his salad onto the street as he roamed the city of Sheffield. On noticing Tzim-Sha, he assumed that the Stenza warrior was in costume, one month too early for Halloween. He was killed after repeatedly throwing bits of his salad in Tzim-Sha's face.
