Tula Chenka was the elder sister of Liv Chenka and the daughter of Kal Chenka.
Biography
Tula was away from Kaldor on a business trip when her father died. Although she paid the expenses, she never attended the funeral. This caused friction between herself and Liv, and they stopped speaking to each other.
She updated the Super VOCs so that they had her own voice.
