DWE coverage needs refactoring

As SOTO and I recently discovered, our coverage of the entire topic of Doctor Who Extra is significantly wrong-footed. It is mostly based on DWE as presented on the official Doctor Who YouTube channel. This presentation is — particularly as regards Series 9 — significantly at variance with the way DWE is presented in iTunes or on the physical home media. This can be easily verified.

• The Series 9 Blu-ray cover clearly says there are 9 DWEs (because the physical media includes The Husbands of River Song and Last Christmas)
• Both British and American iTunes stores show there are 7 DWEs (because iTunes separates Christmas stories from the regular series)

In other words, the genuine episodes of DWE for S9 are these:

1. Last Christmas (DWE episode)
2. The Magician's Apprentice & The Witch's Familiar (DWE episode)
3. Under the Lake & Before the Flood (DWE episode)
4. The Girl Who Died & The Woman Who Lived (DWE episode)
5. The Zygon Invasion & The Zygon Inversion (DWE episode)
6. Sleep No More (DWE episode)
7. Face the Raven (DWE episode)
8. Heaven Sent & Hell Bent (DWE episode)
9. The Husbands of River Song (DWE episode)

These are the onscreen titles as opposed to the home media menu titles. That's important, because the onscreen titles use an ampersand, whereas the menu titles use the difficult-for-a-wiki slash to separate the two TV story episodes. So Under the Lake & Before the Flood is preferred over Under the Lake/Before the Flood.)

Anything that's a red-link in the list above needs to be created. We should convert the current titles for the cutdown YouTube mini-episodes into redirects to the appropriate full episode. But I'm not quite sure at this stage how much of the content of those pages should be salvaged, other than to say "as much was possible". Each full episode page should only have one infobox, though.
