A Dalek Overseer was based on the Ogron Planet and would experiment on Ogrons to create hybrid-TARDISes using their brains to bypass the telepathic circuits. (AUDIO: Planet of the Ogrons)

Appearance

This Dalek has a black casing with red eyestalk, Claw appendages and short light indicators.
