The Fleet (species)

The Fleet was a militaristic humanoid species who conquered 10,000 star systems after devastating their own world.
They were ruled by the First Space Lord of the Admiralty. During the rule of Space Lord Draal, the Thirteenth Doctor reprogrammed Mark VI combat mechanicals to prevent any future wars being initiated by the Fleet. (PROSE: The Secret in Vault 13)
