Smitty

Constable Smith, otherwise known as Smitty, was a policeman who was infected by radiation after helping Doctor Heinrich Tulp to gather uranium from the docks in the 1890s. His infections were mainly across his face, which Henry Gordon Jago found grotesque.
He helped Jago find the similarity engine, a machine that projected the mind into another body. (AUDIO: The Similarity Engine)
